A book by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP spokesman in Ondo State, Hon Kennedy Ikantu Peretei, will be launched today December 7, 2024 in Akure the state capital.
The launching of the book, titled A Ropewalk, An Autobiography, will coincide with the celebration of the author’s 60th birthday anniversary.
It will hold at 12 noon at Royal Birds Hotel & Towers, Alagbaka, Akure.
A former Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Ambassador Omolade Oluwateru will chair the occasion; where also the Pro-Chancellor of Achievers University, Owo, Dr Bode Ayorinde, will be the Special Guest of Honour.
The Chief Launcher is Wilson Ajuwa, Esq.; Launcher is Mr. Pere Kazim-Iyebotei; while the Book Reviewer is Dr. Felix Talabi.
Royal Father of the Day will be the Agadagba and Paramount Ruler of Arogbo-Ibe, Pere (Barr.) Z.D. Egbenu (JP, FCAI), Opukutu III; while the Larogbo and Paramount Ruler of Akotogbo Kingdom, Oba (Barr.) Michael Elumaro Akinfolarijln, Keneyin III; and the Akokoniko Larada 1, Olugbokoda, Oba Afolabi Oladimeji will be the Royal Guests of Honour.
